Alandra Christante loved hair artistry from 1995 but spent 14 years as a paralegal and office manager after earning a degree from NC State and an MBA from Strayer. She enrolled at Durham Beauty Academy in 2016 for natural hair care certification, graduating in 2017 with the Most Creative award. She opened A Natural Nuance Hair Spa in June 2017, then added trichology training beginning in December 2022.
