41 Collaborative is a 2,077 sq ft event space in Morrisville, North Carolina. Rentals come hourly or as Standard, Signature and Luxury packages. Terrance and Diandrea McCotter opened 41 Collaborative to fill a gap in the Triangle's event options, wanting a gathering space for small business and personal functions. The number 41 was Terrance's football number, and later came to represent the family's purpose of being "For the One" in all they do.
