Ultra Realty, Inc. is a Black woman-owned brokerage in Raleigh led by Sondra Trice-Jones, its Principal Agent and Broker-in-Charge. She came from New York and has been in the area for more than 39 years, building a reputation as an entrepreneur before becoming known as an expert negotiator on behalf of buyers and sellers. The firm’s stated philosophy is serving others to help them succeed, and it shows in where its people put their time outside the transaction. Trice-Jones sits on the Board of Directors of the Durham Regional Association of Realtors and serves on both the Durham Public Schools committee and the Housing Foundation committee; she was awarded the Founders Award in 2017 for her work with investors and was selected for the Triangle REALTORS® Leadership Academy. The team she has built brings unusually varied backgrounds to the work. Sheldon Jones is an Armed Forces veteran who worked as a mechanical engineer and holds a Doctorate in Theology before coming to real estate through his ministry. Lisa LeGrand spent 20 years negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts in pharmaceuticals, biotech and technology. Levida Lee came up through property management. Adrienna Earp was born and raised in Raleigh. The brokerage handles residential, commercial, investment and luxury property across the Triangle and Triad, and keeps a dedicated service track for veterans.
