Price Residential Group Inc was founded by Addie Price, its Broker in Charge, and works out of 4801 Hargrove Road in Raleigh under her long-running personal brand, "addiesoldit". Rather than positioning on decades of company history, the brokerage sells access and education — practical search tools paired with agents who each came into real estate from an adjacent trade: mortgage lending, underwriting, appraisal, construction management, even biotech project management.
