About Seven Springs Farm and Vineyard

Seven Springs Farm and Vineyard is a Black-Owned, family-run muscadine vineyard and winery in Norlina, Warren County, North Carolina, named for the seven natural springs on the Williams family's 130-acre farm. Guests taste seven estate wines made from Carlos, Magnolia and Noble grapes, tour the vines, stay overnight in cabins by the pond, and gather for concerts and private events. Planting began in 2017 and the tasting room opened in 2020.

The Williams family bought 130 acres in Warren County in 1987. Preston Williams Jr., a carpenter and pastor of 25 years, fell for winemaking after a son took him to a Virginia vineyard, and in 2017 the family planted 1,000 vines. The tasting room opened in 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, with tastings on the porches. Today Seven Springs is one of 29 Black-Owned wineries in the United States, run by three generations.
