Seven One Eats Restaurant Group LLC is a Black-owned full-service catering company based in Atlanta, Georgia, founded by Chef Rufus Parsley. A native of Jamaica, New York, Chef Parsley studied Business Administration at Clark Atlanta University before training under renowned chefs in New York City. Before turning to the kitchen full time, he built a career in corporate sales at Nestle, but he ultimately left that path to pursue his culinary passion and bring his own vision to life through Seven One Eats. The company offers three distinct catering experiences tailored to the scale and formality of an event. Drop-off catering provides buffet-style service for casual gatherings, full-service catering includes complete planning, preparation, on-site service, and cleanup, and special events catering delivers customized menus with professional staffing for weddings, corporate functions, and other milestone occasions. Across all three formats, Seven One Eats works with clients to build menus around their budget, dietary needs, and personal preferences, and can handle delivery and setup logistics from start to finish.
