About Adam J’s Grilled Cheese Food Truck & Catering

Adam J's serves gourmet grilled cheese and deli sandwiches across Atlanta. The food truck grills sandwiches on made-that-day sourdough at corporate events, weddings, festivals and Georgia Tech football games. A chef-hosted tabletop grill station covers indoor venues without truck access. Catering also includes sandwich platters and individually packaged box lunches for offices, schools and celebrations. A brick-and-mortar location sits at Pittsburgh Yards on the BeltLine's Southside Trail.

Adam Jackson, a fifth-generation Atlantan, founded Adam J's out of a love for the city and an interest in mentorship and entrepreneurship. His food journey began during COVID with Butterly Biscuits, a family-run breakfast pop-up he ran with his siblings and mother at the Grant Park Farmers Market. That led to Adam J's, which adds a Pittsburgh Yards restaurant with a grand opening planned for fall 2026.
