About Campbell's Cafe & Jamaican Cuisine

Campbell's Café & Jamaican Cuisine is a Jamaican food truck serving the Triangle and beyond. The kitchen builds its menu around jerk chicken thighs marinated 48 hours, served in bowls over jasmine rice, on coco bread sandwiches, in wraps, over four-cheese mac and cheese, or piled on hand-cut fries. Curry chicken eggrolls, fried fish tacos, sweet plantains and tropical lemonades round it out. Catering is available for events of any size.

Campbell's Café grew out of a couple's love of hosting friends with good food. Shannon's love of food trucks combined with her husband Romaen's cooking. After years of planning and testing recipes on friends and family, they bought a food trailer and started the business.
