It is run by Rosalind, who goes by Roz, and she brings more than twenty years in the beauty industry to the chair. The shop is at 7486 Creedmoor Rd, Suite 302. The hair work is the heart of it. Roz does what the studio calls Hair Creation, custom natural styling, and Hair Treatments built on plant-based, organic products. That product choice is not incidental; if you wear your hair natural, you already know that what goes on it matters as much as how it is styled, and TLC leans into organic, plant-based care on purpose. The name of the shop is the philosophy too, tender loving care for your hair, and it is protective, natural styling done gently. Here is the part that makes TLC a little different: it does not stop at hair. Roz has built out a set of wellness and self-development offerings around the salon. There are Diva Makeup sessions and Makeup 101 classes if you want to learn to do your own. There is a Men's Facial on the menu. And there are classes that go beyond beauty entirely, Femininity Etiquette classes and even a Financial Workshop, with a Yoni Steam session listed as coming soon.
