About The Blenk Team

A four-agent real estate group serving buyers and sellers across Cincinnati neighborhoods, with separate guidance tracks for each side of a transaction and current listings posted on the site. The team frames its work around community building as much as transactions, and members bring backgrounds in social work and community organizing, sociology teaching, economic development and financial services, and K-12 and higher education. Clients describe help with competitive-market offers, rental property purchases, renovation loans, estate sales, and out-of-state relocations. The team also runs a neighborhood Yard of the Month nomination and participates in the Pleasant Ridge Business Association and Tour of Homes.

Molly and Erick Blenk bought their first house in Pleasant Ridge in 2000, drawn by its walkability, diversity, and central location. Molly came to real estate from nonprofit community organizing and a sociology professorship at NKU; Erick moved to Ohio for Miami University and worked in economic development, financial services, and operations before real estate. Megan Whalen left classroom teaching for real estate in 2015. Lisa Claypool first knew the team as a client, buying her first home with Molly in 2013 before joining.
