The team includes a color specialist, a stylist who is also a makeup artist, a Paul Mitchell graduate, and a stylist with 25 years of experience in perms, color, and cuts. Owner Melanie Groves specializes in precision haircuts, particularly for men.

Founded over 30 years ago by Melanie Groves with a mission to exceed client expectations while working in harmony with nature. The salon has been recognized by Aveda for its dedication to style and commitment to the environment. Its staff has also hosted annual Walks for Clean Water, raising thousands of dollars donated to the Alliance for the Great Lakes.
