About Social Que
Social Que serves smoked barbecue in Michigan City, Indiana. The kitchen turns out smoked pulled pork, rib tips, brisket, chicken and a house-made "magic" barbecue sauce. Michigan City native Brealon Hervey, born in 1988, grew up around gatherings and barbecue. During his fitness journey he learned the smoking style of barbecue from a cousin who had been a chef. He paired those techniques with older methods from his father and uncles, and Social Que BBQ and Catering was born. He began testing the product on the local community in September 2017.
