Joseph Sibcy founded the Sibcy Company in 1930, and his son Bob incorporated the firm in 1954. Grandson Robert N. Sibcy took over leadership in 1969 at age 25, acquiring the Robert A. Cline Company in 1980 to create Sibcy Cline, Inc.; his daughter Robin Sheakley became president in 2019. The company is now the largest independent real estate broker in Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana, with 19 branch offices and more than 1,000 agents and employees.
