About Real Sisters Rising Women Business Association

Real Sisters Rising Women Business Association is a membership association for women entrepreneurs. Members move through three tiers: foundation building, visibility, and leadership. The Build stage covers legal structure, offers, systems and finances through workshops and the RSR Business Academy, with business certification included in membership. Higher tiers open media features, speaking and podcast opportunities, CEO masterminds and wealth strategy sessions. Local chapters, a member directory, events and a blog round out the network.

ShaChena Gibbs founded Real Sisters Rising in May 2003, out of her own journey of self-discovery. What began as a community of women supporting women grew over 23 years into a business growth ecosystem serving over 1,000 women, with more than 100 workshops delivered.
