About Oak and Arrow Beauty Room - Troy

A booth-rental salon focused on low-tox beauty, offering color, cuts, extensions, scalp treatments, and spa services. Retail and back-bar lines include Innersense Organic Beauty, Davines, All-Nutrient, and Rowe Casa Organics, chosen for plant-based, sustainably sourced formulas. The salon aims to be cruelty-free with mostly vegan products, some containing honey or beeswax. Clients book directly with the individual stylist of their choice through each professional's bio link.

Sisters Lindsay Taylor and Amanda Miramontes worked alongside their parents, Giacomo and Cristy Scalice, at the family's Giacomo's A Salon & Spa in downtown Troy from 2004 until their parents retired in 2019. They opened Oak and Arrow Beauty Room in Troy in October 2019, naming it for the strength of the oak and the new direction of the arrow. After about four and a half years they added a second location in Vandalia, with Amanda managing Troy and Lindsay building the Vandalia salon.
