Mitchell Simmons is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and the founder of the Mitchell Simmons Team at Compass in New York City. With 15 years of experience in residential real estate, he has facilitated more than $100 million in sales across Manhattan and beyond. Before turning to real estate, Simmons built a career in public relations and corporate communications, holding executive roles at firms including the MWW Group and 24/7 Media, Inc. That background shapes his approach to the business today, which he describes as 'high tech - high touch': pairing data-driven marketing strategy with attentive, personalized client service. As he puts it, 'Knowing the market is essential, but listening to and understanding the needs of your clients is the key element of success in real estate.' Originally from Arkansas and a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Simmons has called New York home for 25 years and lives in Harlem, where he is deeply engaged in community life.
