About Midnite Confections Cupcakery

A South Charles Street bakery turning out scratch-made desserts daily in small batches, centered on cupcakes, cakes, cookies and cheesecakes. Weekly rotating extras include brookies, brownies, trifles and cake pops, all of which can be ordered in a specific flavor, color or decoration. Cake and frosting flavors can be mixed and matched, and custom cookies can be printed with a logo or photo. Catering covers events, meetings and parties, including breakfast items and orders of cupcakes and cookies well over 1,000.

The owners come from a family of cooks and bakers and began with a few generational recipes, building the current menu from there. After years of baking cupcakes, breads and other desserts for family and friends, often late into the night, Midnite Confections was established.
