Smoked barbecue built around meats cooked over West Virginia white oak: Texas-style brisket smoked 12 hours, house-rubbed pork shoulder, chicken smoked six hours, and baby back ribs, served as sandwiches, wraps, quesadillas, nachos and cheese fries. Everything comes with the house-made Mason Dixon barbecue sauce, described as sweet with a little heat. Sides include Grandma Bunny's macaroni salad, five-bean kielbasa, and a German-style creamy coleslaw. Full-service buffet catering is offered for weddings, corporate luncheons, festivals, fundraisers and private parties, with vegetarian substitutions available and setup, utensils and serving gear included.

Owner and chief pitmaster Patrick Fisher was raised on a farm in Marshall County, West Virginia. A combat veteran of the war in Afghanistan, he served six years in the U.S. Army before enrolling at West Liberty University's College of Business and starting the company. He has been smoking his own brand of barbecue with his homemade sauce since 2013, and the business is veteran owned and operated.
