About Masa Food Truck
A food truck and catering operation serving fusion tacos and nachos: grilled steak with caramelized onions and adobo crema, BBQ chicken or jackfruit with sesame pineapple slaw and passionfruit guacamole crema, and sous vide bacon with pulled pork, maduros and candied jalapeño. Sides include chips with roasted sofrito salsa, salsa picante or poblano queso, torched maduros, cilantro lime rice and Mexican spring rolls, with churro chips and Mexican sodas rounding out the menu. Catering and private event booking are available in Tampa and St. Pete for corporate gatherings, weddings and community events, with buffet-style service and past events serving several hundred guests.
Masa is the catering wing of 360 Eats, a Pinellas-based nonprofit founded by mother and son Ellen and Cameron Macleish. The nonprofit rescues surplus food ingredients from businesses, redirecting them from landfills and turning them into gourmet meals distributed free to the community each week. Its chefs also provide kitchen training to young adults facing barriers to employment. All revenue from Masa catering funds those programs.
