About Maribelle Cakery

Custom wedding, party, and special-occasion cakes, plus cupcakes and desserts, designed around each client's style. Ingredients include Belgian chocolate, fresh fruit and berries, organic fillings, and premium dairy. Only a limited number of cakes are accepted each month, so early booking is advised, and delivery and setup are available for an added fee. Cakes have been featured in Brides, The Knot, Cincinnati Magazine, and Inside Weddings, as well as on the Oprah Show and in the films Alto Nights and Shirley.

The cakery has been in business for more than 40 years. Angela took over in 2009, keeping several classic recipes with loyal followings while adding organic fillings, fresh berries, and new flavor combinations. She is executive pastry chef and owner of both Maribelle Cakery and Mon-Petit-Choux, and has studied with cake designers and pastry chefs including Ron Ben-Israel, Colette Peters, Nicholas Lodge, and Kerry Vincent. The shops have won awards for cakes, cookies, and cream puffs, along with The Knot's Hall of Fame Best Weddings.
