About Lipid Complex
A two-phase at-home hair restoration treatment developed at Tomy B. Salon and manufactured in Italy to pharmaceutical-grade standards. Phase 1 cleanses and opens the cuticle without sulfates or parabens; Phase 2 delivers lipids into the hair shaft and seals the cuticle, targeting dryness, breakage, frizz, chemical and heat damage, and thinning. Treatments arrive in single-use sealed pouches on a monthly subscription, in the same undiluted formulation used in the salon. The line also includes a Tomy B. hydration shampoo and deep moisture conditioner, and the products are cruelty-free.
Founder Tomy Biton trained in Israel and studied in Paris, where he developed a philosophy centered on restoring the hair's natural lipid structure rather than coating it. He brought that approach to Long Island, founding Tomy B. Salon in Williston Park, NY, and spent more than 20 years refining a lipid restoration therapy on clients dealing with chemotherapy damage, chemical over-processing, heat damage, and hereditary thinning. Once results were consistent, he partnered with Italian manufacturers to produce the formula for home use as Lipid Complex.
