Lee W. Davis began his career at Goldberg, Persky and White PC as a trial paralegal and then attorney, working on more than 3,200 GM Foundry worker asbestos cases in Saginaw, Michigan. He returned to Pittsburgh in 1999 and took on asbestos cases in Beaver County, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and opened his own firm in 2013 to provide the personal service of a small practice. He is a 1988 graduate of the University of Michigan and a 1996 graduate of Cooley School of Law at Western Michigan University, admitted in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Michigan courts and several federal district courts, and has completed mediation training at The Conflict Lab. He describes his advocacy as shaped by deposing dying asbestos cancer victims and by caring for family members with cancer.
