Larry Edmunds Bookshop is an independent bookstore on Hollywood Boulevard specializing in film, television, and theater, founded in 1938 by Larry Edmunds. The shop holds more than 20,000 books, 6,000 original movie posters, and 500,000 photographs, and has been called "the best movie bookstore in the world" by critic Leonard Maltin. It remains the last of the many bookstores that once lined Hollywood Boulevard, offering new and out-of-print books, scripts, and posters to film enthusiasts and collectors.
