About Kenny's Que

Kenny's Que smokes barbecue from a food truck serving Lakeland and the Tampa Bay area. Meats go on oak wood: pork spareribs for five hours, pulled pork for twelve to fourteen, brisket for fourteen to sixteen, plus smoked chicken and pork sausage. Everything gets a secret dry rub. Sandwiches, sides like mac and cheese, collard greens and potato salad round out the menu. The truck travels to events, and catering is available.

Kenny founded Kenny's Que in Riverview, Florida, in 2020. He had spent 20 years cooking barbecue for friends and family before his passion for smoking and grilling grew into a business.
