A fifteen-person boutique firm practicing in six areas: estate planning, elder law and Medicaid planning, probate and trust administration, family law, business law, and civil litigation. Rather than standard-form documents, the firm builds customized trust-based plans around each client's goals, funds the plans, and stays involved as circumstances change. Clients whose estate, business, and family matters overlap can keep all of it with one firm. The practice emphasizes direct access to the attorneys handling the matter and explaining options in plain language, and reports having served more than 1,400 Wisconsin families.
The firm was founded in 2001 by Attorney Kirsten L. Hildebrand on the conviction that legal service should be compassionate, resourceful, and fair. What began as a solo practice grew into a fifteen-person boutique firm with an office in Glendale, serving families and businesses across Southeastern Wisconsin.
