About Hawg Heaven
Applewood-smoked barbecue served carry-out or dine-in without table service, with ribs and chicken smoked four to six hours and brisket and pork smoked for eighteen. Meats are seasoned with a house blend rub passed down over many years and cut from meat raised without hormones or steroids, and sides are made in house. The menu covers sandwiches, meats by the pound, sides, and drinks, including a Cuban sandwich. Catering and an event center for private events are also available.
The restaurant was founded in 2012 by Mike and Carol Wills, who built the business and refined its recipes over the years. After Mike's unexpected death in 2023, Carol sold the business. Bruce Rood, Alan Davidson, and Jeff Davidson took over as the new owners and continue serving the same food.
