A short-term and vacation rental property management company serving individual homeowners, investors, developers and HOAs. Services are end-to-end: professional listing creation and photography, multi-platform marketing on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other channels, guest screening, dynamic pricing, vetted professional cleaning, maintenance and repair, and 24/7 concierge support for guests and owners. The company charges a percentage-based fee after taxes and cleanings, offers an earnings calculator and realtor proformas, and helps with acquisition planning, compliance and accounting. In-person service covers Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland, Los Angeles, San Diego, Punta Cana, Playa del Carmen and Cabo San Lucas, with remote management available worldwide.

The company began in 2017 after its founders searched unsuccessfully for a professional short-term rental manager for their own Washington DC Airbnb properties and concluded the industry lacked a serious operator. It was built on four stated pillars: owner revenue success, guest and owner satisfaction, property condition excellence, and trust and transparency. Growth in the DC area led to a first multi-unit building in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, and a Mexican sister company, Great Villas, serving Playa del Carmen and Cabo San Lucas. The leadership team includes President Jon Rosen, who has served on the boards of three short-term rental companies and hosted his own properties for 20 years.
