Chef Tiffany "Chef Mama" Williams, raised in Chicago's Woodlawn neighborhood, founded Exquisite Catering & Events in 2017 to bring elevated, globally inspired cuisine to a South Side community she describes as long overlooked by diverse dining experiences. Her scratch menus led to catering work for film and TV productions, tours, and festivals in the U.S. and abroad, including the Renaissance World Tour. She later launched Exquisite Kitchen as a shared commercial kitchen to help local food businesses scale, alongside partnerships with youth workforce and neighborhood programs.
