About Evolv U Fit Academy
EvolvU Fit Academy is a Kettering health and wellness studio offering cardio and toning classes, coach-led group training, open gym and partner Duo Training. Members who need flexibility can use the mobile training app, with guided workouts, habit tracking and community support. Monthly challenges add accountability, raffles and prizes judged on effort and consistency. The studio also rents out for private events and sells its own fitness apparel.
Shanequa Gray founded EvolvU after experiencing postpartum depression following the birth of her first child. She created toning workouts and dance fitness routines to regain her physical and mental well-being, documenting the journey on social media under a hashtag that drew other women. The response led her to leave her job and spend the past decade coaching her community.
