A casual restaurant and bar serving burgers, sushi, and shareable plates alongside more than 20 craft beers on tap, plus cocktails, zero-proof drinks, and a kids menu. Rotating features include a burger of the month, sushi of the month, beer of the month, and seasonal cocktails. Recurring specials such as Pints & Bites, 2-4-6 beer/wine/stix, and weekend specials run through the week, and a large-party to-go menu is available. Open for lunch, dinner, and late night, with a rewards program, gift cards, and an ordering app.

Co-founder Bruce Drake, according to the company's telling, went out one sleepless night looking for a good burger in a place he'd want to hang out at any hour, found nothing like it, and called his partner Brian with the idea. The concept became a neighborhood restaurant and bar known for putting burgers and sushi on the same menu, now with locations across Kentucky, Tennessee, and beyond under Bluegrass Hospitality Group. Managing Partner Aaron Cobb joined the company in 2014 as a server assistant at the Lansdowne location in Lexington, moved into management in 2017, and took over the Hurstbourne restaurant in 2025.
