A rock 'n' roll themed bar and restaurant serving French-influenced cuisine alongside Wisconsin supper club staples: select cut steaks, seafood, pasta, veal, chicken, vegetarian entrees, sandwiches, baked French onion soup and spinach with hot bacon salad, with entrees served with soup and salad. Live music from local and touring artists takes the stage every Friday and Saturday, spanning classic rock, originals, bluegrass and jazz, on a dance floor built from album covers, past a hallway lined with over 400 vinyl records. Other draws include $11.99 bar baskets that come with a drink ticket, daily happy hour, homemade 14-inch pizzas on summer Tuesdays, and a five-course wine-pairing dinner the last Wednesday and Thursday of each month. Dining rooms seat parties up to 50, and a VIP Lounge with a fireplace and sunken seating can be reserved at no charge for private events with custom menus or catered hors d'oeuvres.

Owner Robin Himebauch bought the property with her parents in January 2006 and opened Classic's that February, running it as a family business for over 19 years. Her sister Nicki Himebauch is head chef and her sister Melanie tends bar. The building dates to the late 1940s, when Gracie Stewart ran a small tavern called Grace's Twin Oaks and expanded it over the years into a 7,000-square-foot property that became The Ribs, a steak and rib house known well beyond Shawano and a hangout for Green Bay Packers players in the 1960s. The current owners kept the bones and the VIP Lounge where the Packers celebrated their 1966-67 Super Bowl wins, and reworked the interior around music memorabilia from the 1940s through the 1970s.
