About Cheesecake Creations

Cheesecake Creations is a family-owned bakery in Burlington selling slices, minis and whole cheesecakes. The display case rotates 12–15 flavors each week, with Strawberry Crunch the bestseller, and customers can taste before they buy. The list runs past cheesecake to cake-cakes, pound cakes, cupcakes, brownies, banana pudding and pecan bites. Special flavors come by pre-order. The cheesecakes are also stocked in 18 Food Lion stores across North Carolina.

Christina Jerman Blackwell left a government office job to bake full time, calling it a step out on faith. She started in a shared commissary kitchen alongside four other food entrepreneurs, baking there for a year. She then opened a 300-square-foot shop inside a local mall before moving to a larger storefront. The brand later reached grocery shelves, and was voted Alamance County's #1 Cake Shop for 2025.
