A husband-and-wife luxury real estate team at SERHANT., Brandon and Mallory Bogard represent buyers, sellers, and developers across Manhattan and Brooklyn, with work spanning co-ops, condos, lofts, and townhouses. The team cites more than $800 million in closed sales, over $1 billion in signed new development, and 1,000-plus clients, and handles new development sales such as The Orson, a six-unit boutique condominium at 402 Union Avenue in Williamsburg. Listings have included a $16 million Gilded Age townhouse on Grace Court in Brooklyn Heights and a Tribeca townhouse condo in the former Fischer Mills coffee warehouse. Services include exclusive listings, property search, home valuation, and marketing packages with staging, photography, video, floor plans, and copywriting.

Brandon and Mallory Bogard built the team as a husband-and-wife partnership working in the New York City market. In January 2022 the Bogard New York Team moved from Compass to Ryan Serhant's brokerage, SERHANT., as part of a two-team addition reported by trade press.
