About Black Luxe and Company

Black Luxe & Company is a social impact, project management and design studio in High Point. The team handles strategic consulting, project and program management, stakeholder engagement and event facilitation. It also builds brand identities, logos, websites, social media campaigns and SEO strategy. Work is grounded in design thinking, equity and DEI coaching. The studio curates the annual Black Luxe Expo, a one-day showcase of Black-owned businesses.

Founder Whitney Middlebrooks, a High Point native, moved from entertainment media into diversity, equity and inclusion work and project management before launching Black Luxe & Company and the Black Luxe Expo. The expo began as a showcase for Black-owned businesses in downtown High Point and has run annually since 2020.
