Baked Cravings is an allergy-friendly bakery in East Harlem, Manhattan, founded by Craig Watson in 2017. Watson, a former financial-sector executive, discovered a passion for baking as a stress-relief outlet while working in New York City, and eventually left finance to build a bakery of his own. As a father, he was acutely aware of how serious nut allergies can be for children, and that personal understanding became the driving force behind the business: Baked Cravings operates out of a dedicated nut-free and peanut-free facility, sources ingredients exclusively from nut-free vendors, and follows rigorous testing and packing protocols to keep its treats safe for customers with allergies. The bakery's menu spans cupcakes (standard, vegan, gluten-free, boozy, and custom-designed), cookies, custom and grab-and-go cakes, jarred "Cake in a Cup" desserts, donuts, brownies, and gourmet popcorn, all built around the tagline "We Bake'em, You Crave'em!"
