About Amal’s Table - Halal Mediterranean and French Gourmet Cuisine

Amal's Table is a family-owned food truck serving halal Mediterranean food in Lake Jackson. The kitchen turns out gyros, shawarma wraps, Greek salads, kabobs and Moroccan specialties, using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. Catering is also available. Readers of The Facts voted the truck #1 Favorite Food Truck in Brazoria County in 2024 and 2025. Orders can be placed online.

Amal grew up in Morocco surrounded by a rich culinary culture. She earned an MBA, worked in accounting, then raised her three boys while continuing to cook for family, blending influences from her travels and heritage. Encouraged by family and friends, she launched the food truck to share Mediterranean flavors with the Brazoria County community.
