About African American Chamber-Commerce
The African American Chamber of Commerce of San Antonio advocates for, educates and connects Black-owned businesses across the Greater San Antonio area. The Chamber runs a microgrants program, a youth entrepreneurship program and a women in business program, plus quarterly Big Business Mixer networking events, virtual networking and lunch-and-learn sessions. Members get a listing in the business directory, bidding and job opportunity postings, newsletters and startup resources for Texas entrepreneurs.
A group of African American business owners and consumers founded AACCSA in 1993 to improve the economic status of African American business owners and their community. The founding vision was an organization that would advocate for emerging and established businesses, create new market opportunities, provide access to capital and help revitalize African American neighborhoods.
