Business center in Orlando, FL
A membership organization for African American-owned businesses and nonprofits across Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Volusia counties. Work is organized around four pillars: advocacy on small-business legislation and policy, access to capital through partnerships with financial institutions, contract procurement education to help members compete for larger public and private contracts, and entrepreneur and business management training. Members get a searchable directory and map, new member orientation, and an ambassador program, plus the Accelerate Central Florida program. Recurring events include the annual golf outing, Eagle Awards, Best of AACCCF, and the Empowerment Business Conference during Empowerment Business Month.
Established in 1945, the Chamber has served members as an advocate and resource for over seven decades. It describes itself as a members-only network built to cultivate a thriving business environment for African American companies and to raise public awareness of minority firms.
